Up to what point can I cancel my order?
You have up to 24 hours from when you place your order to when you cancel it.
We charge a 3% refund fee
After 24 hours we cannot accept any cancellations because your order will already be being processed by our factory.

How many parts are there in my kit?
Everything you see in the photo for your model is what will be delivered.
The number of parts depends on your particular model.

How long will delivery take to my doorstep?
We aim to have your total order processed and delivered within 21 days.
But we quote 30 business days to all customers.
Please bear in mind these products are custom made to suit you.
They are individually created from our molds and then customer painted according to your order.
This is why we quote 30 days.
We ship via EMS and will provide you with a tracking number for you to monitor shipment progress .

Why do you recommend professional installation.
It is not possible to guarantee all predrilled holes will align with 100% accuracy. The corrections for this are a matter of course for a professional installer who can easily make these finer adjustments.
Even OEM fairings are not guaranteed 100% accurate alignment.
This is why we recommend using a professional installer.
Mixing and matching easymoto.com fairings with OEM fairings
Our fairings kit are molded and manufactured in a way to fit together as a complete assembly. We cannot give any assurance that they will fit together with OEM parts.

How accurate is your paint color matching.
All our painting products are our own colours and not the OEM’s paint codes.
As such we achieve a 95% color match but we cannot guarantee a perfect 100% colour match to OEM.

How can I add a color combination I see on another model from mine?
Visit the page with the color combo you like and cut and paste that url in an email to us, together with your order number.

Please explain the difference in quality between injection and compression molding
Compression is where ABS plastic is forced to take the shape of a heated mold . Injection on the other hand, is where hot molten plastic is injected into a cold mold. Injection provides a more even thickness of finish and is therefore a superior quality to compression.
We received a fairing with coloring that is darker than the picture on your website. Why?
We take great care to make sure the fairing color matches the intensity and tone of pictures on our website.
There are several other factors that can account for the difference in color you see.
Your browser settings, your screen settings and under what lighting conditions you are viewing your actual fairings (e.g. indoor or outdoors) all play a part in any perceived color differences.
Having said that, then colors should be roughly in line with what was ordered .So if you ordered green on the website then green will be delivered.
